Chickletts, 12 of us!

The Chickletts are all the grand kids in the family. We each have a group of 2 or  3 that we hang out with. Emma, Sonja, and me hang out. Estelle, and Lillian. Meredith, Isla. Sophia, Macrea, Rhett. And last but not least the two Baby boys, Rafael and Joshua, everyone plays with them.

       Being a Chicklett is very special to me and all of the rest if us.

1st Annual Chicklett Party

One day me and Sonja decided to have a party and we kept thinking and thinking... then we finally had it all planned out! Everyone had a great time and seemed very happy. They made bookmarks, did obstacle courses, had a dance competition, and more! We have decided to do it every summer with all the Chickletts!!

Banks lake trip

I know this is WAY over due but, I keep forgetting to post about it, anyway. Banks was amazing and we didn't just go for 3 or 4 days, we went for 6! I camped the whole time, it was great. I feel so bad that I didn't take any photos, I did take a video though. I love banks lake, it is truely my second home.

Day 2

Tuesday we went to Go Carts and an amazing flower garden. The Go Carts were great and the flowers were beautiful! My favorite flower is this type of dahlia:

Day 1 of the last week of summer

On Monday we went out on the boat. I got some good jumps on the wake board! We have a lake house now and go there about every week. We made smores and sat by the fire. Dad and Gannah told us funny childhood stories. It was fun!

My Gannah...

is amazing! I love her so much words can't even describe. It is so hard to know that she has cancer and will die soon. It breaks my heart. She is perfect, literally. I love to be with her because she makes every thing fun. Gannah if you are reading this, I love you with all my heart and always will. You are amazing.

What a gift

My sister Emma has an AMAZING voice. She sings around the house but is very nervous when she does it around a group. Her are two videos from then and now.

Summer has gone by WAY to fast. I hate how when you are having fun time goes by fast, but when your bored time goes by so slow. I had a great summer though. I am both happy and sad school is starting. 6th grade, wow... ALREADY?! Well, good bye sun hello, rain. Darn.

Are family on the other side

The last week of July we went to Idaho to see my Moms side of the family for a week. ( I know this post is way over due but, I have been busy this summer.)We had fun with the whole family. Grandpa would give us crazy rides in the back of his truck! On the last day we floated down an ice cold river, but it was fun. I forgot my camera that trip so please forgive me since there are no pictures. But, we did have family pics. I will soon show you them if I can get a hold of them some how.

I know, I haven't posted in a while.  Sorry about that. I have been having the best summer! I have two feelings about summer ending, one: I don't want summer to go away, and two: I do because, I can't wait for 6th grade! We have taken two trips this summer, which I will talk about in my next posts. We are also haveing SO much fun with the Madsens, I don't want to think about how they are leaving. It makes me very sad. Hey, but at least they invented email! Have a great summer don't forget to stay outside. (oh, and plaster on the sunscreen.)
